Climb Mount Cooroora, a 439m volcanic plug towering over Pomona and one of the best views in the Noosa Hinterland — only a 15 minute drive from Rosecliffe Farm Cottages.
It's short in distance but a genuinely challenging climb, with sections of rock scrambling as you near the summit, so a good level of fitness (and sturdy shoes) is a must. The reward at the top is a spectacular 360-degree view stretching across the hinterland to the coast.
