Cooroy, only an easy 20-minute drive, is a lovely Hinterland town and well worth a visit, with plenty to keep the whole family entertained. Once a timber town in the 1880s, it has grown into a creative little hub that draws artists, foodies, farmers and nature lovers, for its very own reasons.
Wander the main street, let the kids loose at the playground, and settle in for a hot coffee. Cooroy has an easy, laid-back charm that makes for a great half-day trip from Rosecliffe Farm Cottages.
