About Rosecliffe

Rosecliffe is a unique nature farm-stay tucked into 93 acres of the rolling Pinbarren Valley, with panoramic views sweeping out to the ocean, Rainbow Beach, Noosa Heads and the Hinterland beyond.

Farm life is embraced fully here. Stunning sunrises over the paddocks, the sounds of birdsong and animals starting their day, and air that always feels fresh and unhurried. Time feels differently at Rosecliffe, flowing with the seasons rather than schedules, with plenty of room to slow down, breathe and truly connect with nature. It's a place built for rest as much as adventure, peaceful, rustic and entirely its own. Rosecliffe is the perfect place for a new perspective, in all the ways.

Our Accommodations

Rosecliffe offers three bespoke, one-of-a-kind accommodations, each with its own charm. We are family oriented, dog friendly, and you can even bring your horse.

Rosecliffe Tree Tops is a re-purposed old schoolhouse with high ceilings and sweeping views of Mt Pinbarren. Rosecliffe Bus Stop pairs a restored 1952 Sydney Leyland Tiger bus with an architecturally designed pavilion overlooking the alpacas, pool and ocean beyond. The Melbourne Tram is a romantic, adults-only escape aboard a beautifully restored 1955 tram carriage. And then there is the Farmhouse, a grand Queenslander, which serves as the caretakers residence.

Farm Activities

Life at Rosecliffe moves at farm pace. Start your day feeding the animals, gather eggs fresh from the coop, and watch the alpacas, ponies and chickens go about their business.

Cool off in the infinity pool, wander the orchard for fresh seasonal fruit picking, or set out straight from the property onto the Noosa Trail Network, bordering Rosecliffe for hiking, mountain biking and horse riding into Woondum National Park. Have a picnic under the tree on the hill or wander down to the creek to do some forest bathing.

Whether it's a lazy day by the pool or an early morning trail walk, there's always something to do without ever leaving the farm.

What a vacation at Rosecliffe feels like…

Rosecliffe Farm Stay.
A little taste of a tree change.
A reset.
A romantic getaway.
A time for family
to reconnect under a blanket of stars.
Where the earth of this lush land
feels like a familiar friend,
giving you space to unwind,
to slowly find
“you”
again.
Let this be an invitation to power down
and lift your eyes from the screen
To a world alive with natural sight and sound
With majestic peacocks, horses, alpacas
and free-roaming cows.

Noosa Hinterland

Rosecliffe is perfectly placed for exploring too.

Noosa's main beach and National Park are around 45 minutes' drive, while Hinterland villages like Pomona and Cooroy, with their antique shops, boutiques, and thrift shops, and great local dining, are right on your doorstep.

Further afield, Rainbow Beach and the Noosa Everglades make for a memorable day trip. It's no coincidence the region feels so untouched, Noosa was named Queensland's first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 2007. Wherever you explore, you'll be glad to return each evening to Rosecliffe's quiet and a sky full of stars.
