Beautiful Noosa River by Ferry, Boat, Pontoon, Jet Ski or Gondola

The Noosa River is truly beautiful but especially when you are on it.  There are many options that can take you from the river mouth, through the estates or up through to Lake Cooroibah.

The M.V. Noosa Queen has both a Lunch Cruise, Dinner Cruise and Sunset Cruise. The Lunch and Dinner Cruises take you around the spectacular homes of Noosa Sound and through to the natural upper reaches of the Noosa River and Lake Cooroibah. We love the $10 Sunset Cruise and often take our family visitors on this one. Cruise past Richard Branson’s Makepeace Island, get close to natural wildlife with Whistling and Brahminy Kites and other birds that are fed directly from the boat, see Sea Eagles and there massive nests high up in the trees, and see the sunset over Lake Cooriobah looking out towards Pinbarren Mountain. You can bring your own nibbles but drinks need to be purchased from licensed bar that has a good selection and is very reasonably priced. http://www.noosaqueen.com/
